Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American actress, singer (born on April 28 1967). Wuhrer started her acting career when she was as a teenager. She was best known as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders and also for playing the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. She has three siblings and brothers. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs and hid from the family in order for the sake of performing. At the Wooster School, at 13 years old, she began studying drama. After that, she studied at the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University, Marymount Manhattan College located at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London with the well-known instructor Uta Hagen. She studied with her. She was born on the 28th of April, 1967 and was raised in Brookfield, Connecticut. Her German-American father is a car dealer and police agent. Kari was born into the family that included four members. When she was a teenager was a nightclub singer, she would sing while slipping out to perform. Kari began studying acting when she was just 13 years old. She then studied acting at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College, as well as The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in collaboration along with Uta Hagen, who is a well-known teacher. Kari started acting as a teen. Her first break came in 1987 with MTV Remote Control.
